I was wondering if anyone had tips for cleaning out the body. Do you think that regular exercise paired with clean water and detox products can clean out out sweat glands? I've been trying to eat cleaner food and drink cleaner water but I'm still working on exercising. Do you think exercise helps with detoxification and how?

@Fire For start, best if You do a slow and gentle detox, if you used to eat a meal 3x a day slowly reduce it to 2meals a day as an intermittent fast, then progress to one meal a day, then eventually a water fast. There's also a lot of detox plan like GM diet plan and other kinds of detox method like consuming only smoothies, juices and elixirs etc... or eliminating junks - harmful processed foods and sugar, it depends on what you want to achieve....

With regards to exercises, I suggest only do light exercise according to what your body can handle while detoxing or fasting bec if you're just a beginner you'll have a low energy for the first few sessions of your plan unless you're used to it, anyway, you'll progress as you do it along the way.
Keep us posted and best of luck! 👍🏼

I do Pilates and stretchings also walking helps me detox, I think it's good to do exercises while you detox AS LONG AS YOUR BODY CAN HANDLE IT so you can sweat it out, I suggest a light workout though, also don't aim too much on the actual "sweat", mobility, moving the muscles and stimulating the joints are good enough exercises, if you do it consistently. Hope this helps!

I know I need to sweat more, I just don't like to do it! (ha) I use to do pilates with the Australian teacher's DVD's. I really liked it! I've tried other pilates programs that they sell at the store but they weren't the same as actual Australian pilates.

I'm learning to breathe deeply. I think that really helps too. I'm use to shallow breathing. Deep breathing helps with detoxifixation as well.

I would think sweating would clean out the body. I have a charcoal filter but Ive been spoiled because I used to keep the filters changed at work and had charcoal filtered water for free but now that I dont work there I have to buy my own. At any rate, charcoal filtered water plus sweating is a powerful tool.

My Great grandad never had an air conditioner until he was 90. He believed in that heat and it kept him healthy.

It's true, sweating and heat is really good for the body. The problem is the more I sweat, the more laundry I have to do (HeHe).

I've never heard of charcoal water filters. It sounds like a good invention. Awhile back I saw that charcoal smoothies and charcoal ice cream was popular at high-end resorts and bars, only for the exclusive elite (hehe).

Make charcoal available to the masses (hehe). Exclusive is funny. It's like saying, "my dirt is better than yours." (Ha!) :)

Activated charcoal is made by heating charcoal in the presence of a gas. This process causes the charcoal to develop lots of internal spaces or pores. These pores help activated charcoal trap chemicals. Activated charcoal is commonly used to treat poisoning.

Ive changed hundreds of these in an industrial plant. They hook to your drinking fountains.

I'm going to get one. Hopefully, one can be attached to the main water line somehow, maybe the faucet. Thank you for this information.

Go #2, 3Xday as a goal.
That is the liver's job, the main detox organ of the body. If that is optimum, the lymphatic system and kidneys won't have as much to deal with.

I read that there are three herbs called "Cholagogues" that "stimulate the production of bile by your liver." The liver herbs are Artichoke Leaf, Dandelion, and burdock with chicory root. There are also, turmeric, rosemary, sage, yellow dock, blue vervain, lemon balm, and grape root and barberry.

If you like the wild harvest route, there are a lot of good YouTube videos for positive ID and toxic look alikes to be aware of.
It's usually safest to become very familiar with one at a time.
Right now dandelions are plentiful and the garlic family. A West Virginia/ Eastern Us delicacy are Ramps.. They're sold by the pound at festivals, farmer's markets and roadside sales.

I work with herbal supplements and a combination of culinary herbs like some mentioned.

Okay, I will look up what ramps are. Dandelion tea is so powerful. I just discovered how dangerous crow's poison is. How can such a pretty flower be so dangerous?

Dandelion is awesome. I make a fusion with the leaves then eat the leaves.

I was surprised to see dandelion with mixed greens in my salad at a better restaurant.
I just bought a couple pounds of mixed greens to go with mine and the garlic, chives. It's more effective than anti inflammatory medicine as far as I'm concerned and tastes better too.

What do you do with the fusion?
