I just have two questions, I mean I have many but just two I am going to ask when you talk to a mormon.
How did this John Smith see God and Jesus face to face? Was John Smith more righteous and more dedicated to God then Moses himself?
Why would God use gold plates? Jesus taught we was to be humble, he rode a donkey, not a stallion. But in America God is more materialistic according to them?
I may be off base here.

Most don't consider them Christian as there concept of His Divinity differs front eh Christian norm. They also have a book that adds to scripture.

Hello again Stephen, how are you doing?

You ask some questions that others may also wonder about. I ran into Mormons/ LDS acquaintances in high school and learned more about them later. I don't know it all, but have learned a few things since, mainly from asking questions and getting answers. One thing I've found is that the Mormon sources sometimes present a sanitized view because they know that most people will not agree with them unless they are raised LDS.
I'll post an animation on the topic and a teaching or two that might provide answers. Have a nice day.

You have a video for everything. I'm guessing if I posted something about my 7th birthday party you would have a video to post of it.
The FB👁️ has that one.😉
😄

I just have been exposed to many people and religions. That's led to a lot of study how the Bible applies to them and there are scores of good documentaries on some of those subjects.
God's people did a lot of hard work on them. I don't make documentaries, but can minister to others with them. If they can be a blessing to someone, educate them or point them to Christ, it accomplishes the Lord's will. That's what matters to me.

lol, thank you for the comedy of that first video. I can not believe people truly put their faith in that nonsense. Once again a religion is using sex appeal to sell it.

It would surprise most to know what millions of people believe. I think that's why they keep a lot of their beliefs under cover until well after initiation. I like some of their cultural lifestyle of close community, less dependence upon the system, but it is a strange polytheistic religion.

I'm pretty sure Joseph Smith was a charlatan
My brother joined the mormons. Probably from his contacts when he used work with the boy scouts. I think they used to be funded by the Mormons

While I disagree with their very odd theology (when discussing Joseph Smith, etc) as a whole, Mormon people are some of the finest people I know. They hold family in the highest regard, and appear to love God and Jesus...

Their Joseph Smith Moroni philosophy/theology is totally unscriptural, though....
